Flow-Technics technicians are certified and factory authorized for warranty service. Many are certified in such specialties as vibration analysis, balancing, programming, pneumatic and hydraulic valves, variable speed controls, and pump and motor inspection. Where required, OSHA Permitted Confined Space Entry procedures are utilized.
Mobile Repair Units
Flow-Technics technicians respond to service calls in mobile units which are actually repair shops on wheels. The majority of jobs can be completed on site, eliminating the need for expensive and time-consuming transport.
Of course, Flow-Technics also operates a well-equipped shop with sophisticated equipment for work that cannot be done at the customer’s installation.
Warranty Service with OEM Parts
Flow-Technics’ comprehensive service includes factory authorized warranty repairs using vibration testing and analysis, pump flow testing, flow meter certification and laser alignment for rotating equipment. Flow-Technics carries a large inventory of factory original equipment. We use OEM parts to get guaranteed performance and
a true fit.
Equipment Start-up and Operator Training
After your new equipment has been installed, Flow-Technics can provide a final check-up and place the equipment into operation with factory certified personnel. We also provide operator training and maintenance of the equipment.
Inspection Agreements
Flow-Technics Inspection Agreements, available on a quarterly, monthly or weekly basis, ensure that your equipment is being properly maintained by factory authorized technicians.
Pumping Station Rehabilitiation and Retrofit
